Starting care: a first-month checklist

A few clear questions before the first payment.

Before you enroll

Identify the exact service and ask what happens if the clinician decides the advertised treatment is unsuitable. Find out whether the initial assessment is refundable and when medication orders become final. Keep eligibility separate from a marketing questionnaire.

At the clinical conversation

Bring your current medication list and relevant history to the licensed clinician. Ask them to explain the treatment’s intended use, risks and follow-up plan. This checklist is administrative preparation, not advice about which medicine to take.

Before the next renewal

Check your actual charges against the quote. Find the next clinical check-in and pharmacy contact information. Store the cancellation deadline somewhere you will see it, with enough time to request clarification.

Keep the conversation going.

Use these questions with a licensed clinician. Availability, suitability and price depend on your circumstances.
