Our view
ReflexMD’s useful published detail is the structure of its recurring care bundle, not a reliably retrieved current price. The cancellation cutoff is two days before processing. We would also reconcile the older legal page’s state-specific contact instructions with the newer support article that allows phone or email.

- Monthly and quarterly billing structures are described.

What to resolve
- Current price was not confirmed from the retrieved homepage.
- Paid membership periods are described as non-refundable.
- Different official documents give different cancellation-channel wording.
The cost and commitment together.
| Part of the bill | Published context | Question to settle |
|---|---|---|
| Program fee | Checkout-dependent | Ask for both monthly and quarterly totals if offered. |
| Medication | Included in the described program | Confirm exact preparation and supplied period. |
| Outside services | May be separately charged | Ask about tests and specialist needs. |
| Renewal | Monthly or quarterly | Two-day cancellation cutoff before processing. |
| Refund | Paid fee generally non-refundable | Confirm any applicable exception before payment. |
A bundle still needs a complete current quote
ReflexMD’s terms describe a cash-pay program that includes physician services, medication and pharmacy fulfillment. The current homepage did not provide a readable price in our retrieval. We therefore do not treat an older promotional amount or a third-party estimate as its present recurring cost.
Ask for the amount collected at enrollment, the length of that term and the next payment. If a quarterly option is offered, compare the full commitment rather than its divided monthly equivalent. The planner helps compare it with a monthly arrangement. Also ask which tests or services would be outside the bundle; the terms allow separate charges for care not supplied through the program.
Resolve the contact instructions before you need them
The older legal terms require non-California residents to call for cancellation, while the newer help article says to call or email. Both identify a cutoff at least two days before renewal processing. We would ask support to confirm the permitted method for the selected account and keep the answer.
This is not a reason to assume cancellation is impossible. It is a reason to remove ambiguity while there is time. A request, an acknowledgement and a completed account change are different stages. Keep the final confirmation with the last paid period and any active pharmacy order. The renewal calendar can organize the confirmed deadline without guessing it from delivery.
Care access should have practical boundaries
The program describes routine weight-management care rather than emergency or specialist services. Ask how to reach a prescribing clinician between reviews, whether a question can become a scheduled appointment and how care is coordinated when an in-person assessment is needed. A concierge or wellness contact may help with logistics without replacing clinical judgment.
For example, if eating becomes difficult, the useful question is who assesses it and how promptly, not whether a general wellness resource is available. Our nausea guide helps prepare a symptom description. We have not measured ReflexMD response times, enrolled in the program or verified that a specific member sees the same clinician throughout.
Explore ReflexMD care arrangementsLeaving the program is also a care decision
The terms say access continues through the paid billing cycle after cancellation and generally exclude refunds of the paid fee. That is a financial rule, not a plan for what happens medically after the service ends. Ask for records and arrange the next clinical contact if you intend to transfer.
Compare Alan Health for another recurring bundle and Lavender Sky Health for nonrecurring consultation and order payments. The comparison guides keep those differences visible. ReflexMD’s fit depends on a satisfactory current quote and a usable follow-up arrangement; the evidence reviewed does not justify a claim that its care is superior or its price the lowest.
Read the cancellation route alongside the cutoff
ReflexMD’s official pages describe both the notice window and how to contact the service, but the contact instructions are not perfectly aligned across older terms and newer help material. Resolve the usable route before a renewal becomes urgent. A request sent through an unsupported channel may be harder to document even when it was sent early. The practical record should show the account, the requested action and the confirmation received. For a prepaid quarterly arrangement, also identify whether the action stops the next quarter or changes any part of the current paid supply.
